Eddie Brisco is a Fine Arts, BFA graduate of Laguna College of Art and Design along with certificates in Graphic Design, Illustration, Web and 3D Design from University of Irvine and Long Beach State. Retired from Boeing Aircraft Company as an Aircraft Engineer, is currently focused on his art and business. His business “Brisco Art and Design” was created in 2006 with the sale of his first student art work , a pastel copy of Dutch Painter Johannes Vermeer’s “Girl with the Pearl Earring” at Laguna College of Art and Design. His business has since expanded to include Graphic, Illustration, 3D and Wood Design. His business philosophy, like his own art, is constantly progressing and maturing. As with any viable philosophy, his is flexible and evolves constantly as new ideas and motivation are discovered and incorporated.
At an early age, his mother introduced him to basic art. Formal art training commenced in 1964 at his public High School where he graduated in 1967. Served in the Military from 1969 to 1971, a 1970 Viet Nam Veteran. Graduated with an AA Degree in Drafting and Mechanical Design from a Jr. College in 1982. Employed until my retirement with McDonnell Douglas/Boeing from 1979 to 2004. Graduated with a BFA – Cum Laude at Laguna College of Arts and Design in 2007.
